Pitch Black Restaurant....Kinda Freaks Me Out!

Wow, imagine going to eat but you never get to see the food you consume. Interesting idea, kill a sense to heighten another. Two things bug me about this; 1. the presentation is key in food and most miss the target, 2. I've been to China and Hong Kong, not sure if I want a surprise in my mouth.
